I believe that lasting transformation starts from the inside out. Yes, training and nutrition matter, but true transformation is about far more than workouts, macros, and the number on the scale. It's about becoming the kind of woman who trusts herself, follows through on her commitments, and prioritizes her health without guilt. That belief is the foundation of The Goldin Standard.
As a Strength & Nutrition Coach, I help women build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and a deeper sense of confidence through evidence-based coaching that addresses the whole person. Together, we look beyond calories and workouts to examine the factors that truly influence long-term success: mindset, stress, sleep, recovery, movement quality, daily habits, and overall health.
My coaching combines science, strategy, accountability, and compassion. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle development, improved performance, navigating menopause, or simply feeling at home in your body again, my role is to help you create results that are both meaningful and sustainable.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years chasing the belief that being thinner would make me happier. What I eventually discovered was that the most powerful transformations happen when we stop trying to become less and start learning how to become more: more confident, more resilient, more capable, and more fully ourselves. Today, I bring that perspective into every coaching relationship.
